Over the years, ASSIST has been very fortunate to have supporters who have bought houses and leased them to us free of charge in order to provide temporary accommodation for our clients. Following another such offer, we are on the lookout for a suitable property in Sheffield. Please contact us if you know of any houses for sale that have not yet been advertised on websites such as Rightmove or Zoopla and that:
- Have 3-4 bedrooms;
- Are located in S3, S4 or S5;
- Cost no more than £170k;
- Are in reasonable condition and do not require a complete programme of refurbishment.
