Fundraise

Fundraising is a great way for you to get involved with ASSIST

Fundraising with ASSIST is a meaningful way to stand in solidarity with people seeking asylum in Sheffield and across the UK.

Every pound you raise goes directly to people who have been forced into destitution by the UK’s Hostile Environment. Without this support, many of our clients would face homelessness, hunger, and extreme poverty. Your fundraising helps people meet their most basic needs with dignity, including food, accommodation, travel, and essential living costs, while also enabling us to challenge unjust systems and policies.

Why fundraise for ASSIST?

  • 100% of funds raised go directly to our clients
  • You will be supporting people seeking sanctuary in Sheffield
  • You will be taking practical action against destitution and the Hostile Environment
  • You will be standing in solidarity with people displaced by conflict, persecution, and inequality worldwide

No fundraiser is too big or too small. A small contribution can make a significant difference.
