I joined ASSIST as a trustee in early 2025. I work as Head of ESG & Safety for a global manufacturing business, and I have a PhD in the history of industrial fatalities in modern Britain.
My career and academic research may not directly intersect with the work of ASSIST, but my deep commitment to social justice serves as the common thread. I feel strongly aligned with ASSIST’s mission and values, and I consider it a privilege to be able contribute to its vital work in Sheffield.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and playing the piano.
