Please come to our Help Desk at the Council drop-in at Victoria Hall on a Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 4pm.
Use the main church entrance on Norfolk Street, opposite the Crucible Theatre.
An ASSIST volunteer will talk to you to find out about your situation and your needs.
Please note that the Help Desk is often very busy and you may need to wait in a queue.
